Frequently asked questions

No. Start with your Lynkle digital business card, choose a signature template, and adjust the colors and details. The template arranges the text and images for you. You do not need to position them yourself or write HTML.

No. Branded email signatures require Lynkle Pro or Teams. You can create a digital business card on the Free Forever plan and explore the signature examples on this page without an account, but saving and installing a signature requires a paid plan.

Yes. Save your signature in Lynkle, then connect Gmail to install it automatically, use the Lynkle Outlook add-in with a Microsoft 365 work or school account, or copy and paste it into Outlook or Apple Mail on Mac. Lynkle provides instructions for each. Check a new message after installing, since email apps and recipient image settings can affect how a signature appears.

Yes. With Lynkle Pro or Teams, connect Gmail from the Signature Studio and Lynkle installs your saved signature on your primary Gmail address. Each time you save changes in Lynkle, Gmail receives the new version automatically. If you disconnect Gmail, Lynkle stops syncing and the signature already in Gmail stays in place.

Your digital business card shows your latest saved card details. Your signature is a saved version, so review and save it in Lynkle after changing your card or design. With Gmail sync, saving updates Gmail automatically, and the Outlook add-in inserts your latest saved version. A pasted signature needs to be copied again and replaced in your email app. Previously sent emails are not rewritten.

Yes. Lynkle Teams lets you customize one signature design for your team's cards, with each signature keeping that person's own details. Connect Google Workspace to deploy signatures directly to Gmail, or connect Microsoft 365 and deploy the Lynkle Outlook add-in so Outlook inserts them.

The signature image opens your public digital business card in a browser. From there, recipients can save your contact details and open the links on your card without installing Lynkle. Contact details printed inside the signature image are not separate clickable links.

Yes. Depending on the template, choose which email, phone, website, and social details to show. You can also change the background and border or add a shadow. Some templates need a photo or contact detail, and your card must be public.
