Welcome to Lynkle. Lynkle is a digital business card platform that replaces the paper cards you used to hand out at meetings, conferences, and client visits with a shareable online card that is always up to date.

This documentation covers everything you need to create your card, share it, collect contacts, and, if you're rolling out Lynkle across a team, manage cards for your whole organization.

What you can do with Lynkle

• Create a digital business card with your name, photo, title, company, contact details, social links, and custom action buttons.
• Share your card with anyone using a link, QR code, Apple Wallet pass, Google Wallet pass, or a compatible third-party NFC card or tag. With Lynkle Pro or Teams, you can also use in-app NFC Tap to Share. No app is required on the other person's device.
• Collect contacts automatically when someone saves your card. Their details land in your Contacts page and can sync to Google Contacts, Outlook, or Salesforce.
• See how your card is performing with card insights that track views, clicks, and shares over time.
• Match your brand with custom colors, a profile image, and a company logo so every card you share looks polished and on-brand.
• Roll Lynkle out to your team with Lynkle Teams, which gives you shared card templates, team-wide contact sharing, centralized billing, and SAML single sign-on.

Web, iOS, and Android

Lynkle is available on the web at lynkle.com and as native iPhone and Android apps. You can create or edit your card on each platform, with mobile sharing features tailored to your phone.

• Web. Sign in at lynkle.com/login to manage your cards, view contacts, and configure integrations from any browser.
• iOS. Download the Lynkle iOS app to share your card in person, scan physical cards into Lynkle, and get push notifications when someone exchanges contacts with you. In-app Tap to Share is available with Lynkle Pro or Teams only in the European Economic Area.
• Android. Download the Lynkle Android app to create and manage cards, share by QR code or link, and access Google Wallet. In-app NFC Tap to Share requires Lynkle Pro or Teams, while pairing a compatible third-party NFC card or tag is a separate free option.

Plans

Lynkle has a free plan and two paid plans for when you need more.

• Free. Create and share one active card, collect up to 3 contacts, and share via link, QR code, Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet. You can also pair your card with a compatible third-party NFC card or tag through the iPhone or Android app.
• Lynkle Pro. Unlock custom card colors, email signatures, private card sharing, searchable cards, card insights, unlimited contacts, personal contact sync to Google Contacts and Outlook Contacts, and up to 3 active cards. Pro includes in-app NFC Tap to Share on Android and, on iOS, only in the European Economic Area. It also removes Lynkle branding from your card.
• Lynkle Teams. Everything in Pro, plus shared card templates, team cards, team contacts, team-wide insights, centralized billing, SAML SSO for enterprise sign-on, and team-wide CRM sync to Salesforce and Outlook for organizations.
