Card design & branding

Your Lynkle card is more than a list of contact details. You can customize its appearance with a profile image, company logo, and brand colors so it looks polished and recognizable every time someone views it.

Profile image

Your profile image appears at the top of your card. Lynkle automatically enhances uploaded images for the best results.

  1. Open the card editor and scroll to the Images section.
  2. Click Upload under Profile image.
  3. Crop your image in the editor, then click Save.

To remove your profile image, click the delete button next to the upload button.

For best results, use a square image (1:1 aspect ratio). The image will be cropped to fit if it isn't square.

Your company logo appears in the header of your card, overlapping the bottom-left corner of the profile image. This is a great way to reinforce your brand alongside your photo.

  1. Open the card editor and scroll to the Images section.
  2. Click Upload under Logo.
  3. Crop your logo in the editor, then click Save.

To remove your logo, click the delete button next to the upload button.

For best results, use a landscape image with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Logos with a transparent or solid background work well.

Colors

ProTeams

You can customize two colors on your card to match your brand:

  • Background color sets the overall color of your card page. This color fills the entire screen when someone views your card. The default is white (#ffffff).
  • Accent color highlights interactive elements on your card, such as links when a viewer hovers over them. The default is dark grey (#504d4d).
  1. Open the card editor and scroll to the Colors section.
  2. Use the color pickers to set your Background color and Accent color.
  3. Enter a 6-digit hex code (starting with #) or use the color picker to choose a color.
  4. Save your card.

A live preview of your card appears alongside the editor on larger screens so you can see your color choices in real time.

Choose colors with enough contrast so your card text remains readable. Dark text on a dark background (or light text on a light background) can make your card hard to read.

If you're on the free plan, the Colors section is visible but disabled. Upgrade to Lynkle Pro or Teams to unlock custom colors.

Live preview

When editing your card on the web, a live preview appears to the right of the editor on larger screens. The preview updates in real time as you make changes, so you can see exactly how your card will look before saving.

On iOS, tap the eye icon in the top-right corner of the card editor to open a full-screen preview of your card.

Lynkle branding on your card

Cards on the free plan display a promotional banner at the bottom when viewed by people who don't have a Lynkle account. This banner is automatically removed on Lynkle Pro and Teams plans, giving your card a cleaner, fully branded appearance.

Tips for a professional card

  • Use a high-quality headshot. A clear, well-lit profile image makes a strong first impression.
  • Keep your logo simple. Logos with clean lines and minimal detail look best at small sizes.
  • Match your brand colors. Use your company's brand colors for the background and accent to create a consistent experience.
  • Preview before sharing. Use the live preview to check that your colors, images, and text work well together.
