Editing your card
You can update your card at any time. Changes are saved instantly and reflected everywhere your card is shared, including Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.
Opening the card editor
Go to your dashboard and click Edit on the card you want to update.
The editor shows your card fields organized into sections. On the web, a live preview of your card appears alongside the editor on larger screens.

This section covers your name and optional personal information.

Links
Links are the contact details and social profiles displayed on your card. You can add multiple links of the same type (for example, two phone numbers) and customize the label for each one.
Supported link types
| Type | Notes |
|---|---|
| Phone | Supports an optional extension |
| Custom link | Any URL |
| Website | |
| X | |
| Threads | |
| YouTube | |
| Calendly | |
| TikTok | |
Adding and managing links
To add a link, click or tap the link type you want, then fill in the details. Each link has a label field so you can distinguish between multiple links of the same type (for example, "Work" and "Personal" for phone numbers).
You can drag links to reorder them. The order you set here is the order they appear on your card.
To remove a link, open it and click or tap the delete option.
URLs for custom links and websites must start with http:// or https://.
Images
Upload a profile photo and a company logo to personalize your card. Both are optional.
Images are cropped to fit the card layout. You can replace or remove an image at any time.
Colors
Colors require a Lynkle Pro or Teams subscription. Free users see default colors.
Customize your card's appearance with two color settings:
- Background color, the main background of your card (default: white).
- Accent color, used for buttons and link icons on your card (default: dark gray).
Use the color picker or enter a hex code directly.
Handle
Your card handle is the unique identifier in your card's URL (e.g. lynkle.com/your-handle). It's set when you first create your card and cannot be changed after creation.
Visibility
Visibility settings require a Lynkle Pro or Teams subscription.
Control who can access your card with two settings:
- Private card. When enabled, your card is shared using an expiring link that automatically refreshes. Learn more in Private card sharing.
- Searchable. When enabled, your card can be found through search engines and the Lynkle directory. Learn more in Searchable cards.
Card templates
If your card is part of a Lynkle Teams organization, your team admin may have applied a card template to your card. Fields controlled by the template are locked and cannot be edited individually. If you need to change a locked field, ask your team admin to update the template.
Saving your changes
When you're done editing, click Save on the web or tap Update card in the iPhone or Android app to apply your changes. Your updated card is immediately available at your card URL and across all share methods.
