Card insights
ProTeamsCard insights shows you how people are interacting with your digital business card, so you can see what's working and where your views are coming from.
Free vs. Pro
All users can see unique views for the last 7 days on the card insights page. Lynkle Pro and Teams subscribers unlock the full analytics dashboard, including link taps, contact saves, traffic source breakdowns, and customizable time ranges.
What you can see
Card insights tracks four key metrics:
- Unique views: the number of unique card views. Views are de-duplicated by visitor per day, so the same person viewing your card multiple times in one day counts once.
- Link taps: the total number of times someone tapped a link on your card (phone number, email, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
- Contact saves: how many times someone saved your contact details from your card.
- New contacts: the number of new connections you gained through contact exchange.
Below the metrics, you'll find charts that break down performance over time:
- Activity timeline: a chart showing views, link taps, contact saves, and new contacts over the selected time range. Click any metric in the legend to show or hide it.
- Traffic sources: where your card views are coming from, shown as both a ranked summary and a day-by-day timeline. Sources include Direct, QR Code, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, Email Signature, Email, Text, WhatsApp, NFC Tag, and Other.
- Link taps: which links on your card are being tapped most, shown as both a ranked summary and a day-by-day timeline. Each link is displayed with its icon and value (phone number, URL, etc.).

Traffic sources explained
Lynkle automatically tracks where each card view comes from based on how you shared your card:
| Source | How it's tracked |
|---|---|
| Direct | Someone opened your card link directly (typed, bookmarked, or clicked an untagged link) |
| QR Code | Scanned your Lynkle QR code |
| Apple Wallet | Opened from an Apple Wallet pass |
| Google Wallet | Opened from a Google Wallet pass |
| Email Signature | Clicked from your email signature |
| Shared via email through Lynkle | |
| Text | Shared via text message through Lynkle |
| Shared via WhatsApp through Lynkle | |
| NFC Tag | Tapped an NFC tag linked to your card |
You don't need to set up any tracking yourself. Views from each sharing method are attributed automatically.
