Team contacts

Teams

Team contacts gives organization owners a single view of every contact collected across all team members' cards. Instead of asking each person to export their contacts individually, you can see who your team has connected with, which team member acquired each contact, and download contact details directly.

Viewing team contacts

Go to Contacts > Team contacts to see all contacts collected by your team. Each contact card shows:

  • Name - The contact's first and last name.
  • Email and phone - Contact details shared during the exchange.
  • Acquired by - The team member whose card collected this contact.
  • Source card - The card handle used during the exchange.
  • Date - When the contact was collected.

Contacts are listed in reverse chronological order, so the most recent exchanges appear first.

Only organization owners can access team contacts. Team members can view their own contacts from their personal Contacts page.

Downloading a contact

Click the download button on any contact card to save it as a vCard (.vcf) file. You can then import it into your phone, email client, or CRM.

CRM sync

If your organization has a Salesforce or Outlook integration connected, new contacts collected by any team member are automatically synced to your CRM. You can connect integrations from Settings > Integrations.

To learn more about available integrations, see Salesforce and Outlook for organizations.

How team contacts are collected

Team contacts are not created manually. They come from contact exchanges that happen on your team members' cards. When someone views a team member's card and submits their details through the contact exchange form, that contact appears in both:

  • The team member's personal contacts list.
  • The organization-wide team contacts view (visible to the organization owner).

This means team contacts are always up to date with what your team is collecting in the field.
